Nel periodo invernale ho soggiornato in uno di questi appartamenti. Casa ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie e lavatrice) e accogliente. Il complesso si trova in una zona viva, ricca di localini e ben collegata al resto della città. Consigliatissimo
We moved into a new unit at Tannhaus and found that the bed sheets had clearly not been changed. The stains in the photo are old blood stains. Management told us we only had 48 hours to report issues, but the apartment had so many cleanliness problems that checking the sheets was the last thing on our mind. This is a basic hygiene failure. Bed linens must be replaced for every new tenant. Very disappointing.
no hot water even after complaining many times this has been a problem for about 2 months, not to mention that the building door is broken and never closes and homeless people are always sleeping under the stairwell
Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Bei mir hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Der Vertragsabschluss war unkompliziert und moderner als bei den meisten meiner bisherigen Vermieter. Wenn etwas war, kam immer schnell eine Rückmeldung. Die Schlüsselkarten funktionieren einwandfrei und der Müllbereich ist inzwischen in abgesperrten Räumen untergebracht, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Preise finde ich absolut fair. Natürlich ist es…
Ich bin zwar noch nicht eingezogen, aber bisher – während der Vertragsabwicklung und ähnlicher Angelegenheiten – lief alles sehr schnell, sorgfältig und, was am wichtigsten ist, mit großer Aufmerksamkeit für die Probleme anderer.
Dieser Ort ist eine Zumutung. Sehr schlechtes Management, es ist komplett verdreckt. Keiner kümmert sich. Die Zustände - vor allem für den Preis - sind absolut unzumutbar.
Nice, new and clean building, very nice decorated and furnished apartment. Also very good location, only 5 min. walking distance to S-bahn.
Avoid if you can. It’s all smooth in the beginning but once you encounter any problem in the flat they will ignore you. I’ve been having cold water for weeks and they have been ignoring all of my emails. Once they sent a technician he told me he can do nothing about it and he cannot fix it and they ignored any email I sent about it since then. Other tenants have been having heating problems and have been ignored as well. Do not recommend.
Absolutely best place to stay at. The apartment felt very homely and everything was in perfect condition. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony was my most favourite place to chill and have a drink. Although there was no security, building is very secure and safe to live in.
