Ich hatte über längere Zeit starke Rückenschmerzen im Bereich des Nackens. Nach nur zwei Behandlungen bei Frau Wunsch waren die Schmerzen komplett verschwunden – und sind auch nach nun zwei Wochen nicht zurückgekehrt. Ich hätte ehrlich gesagt nicht damit gerechnet, dass sich so schnell eine so deutliche Besserung einstellt. Vielen Dank für die professionelle und wirkungsvolle Behandlung – absolute Empfehlung!

Horrible experience!! A pity that I can’t leave 0 stars! I cannot leave a comment about the skills of the Osteopath because the process of getting visited was stopped way before. I booked an appointment online after which I received an automatic email of the confirmation of appointment. Right after that I received an email from the team of the clinic that were asking my telephone number as the one I left (which I had no problem at all in any other clinic in Germany) was not working. Then I reply that it always worked and maybe there was something wrong in their digits or in the prefix, but they said they tryed again and again didn’t worked. They asked to send immediately another number because they had to send me some things to confirm the appointment and also that the telephone number was crucial to be a patient there. Then considering I did not have other numbers I asked them if they could send me everything via email. They never answered me back. To me it was clear that the appointment was not then confirmed and I did not go. After two days from the date of the appointment I received a letter asking to pay more than 100€ for the appointment giving me two days to pay (I received it on the 5th February and the bills had to be paid until the 7th of February) specifying that If they would not have received the bill paid on the 7th of February this would have meant I was late (incurring in more costs then). So what if I was sick? Or on holiday? Or on a business trip? Therefore, I got in contact again with the team asking them if there was a mistake and they just told me I had to pay because the appointment was officially confirmed. No matter all the emails I received after that confirmation from them. The professionality of this clinic is very low level and I would NOT suggest it to anyone!! I am actually glad that the process of being their patient stopped before finding myself in unnecessary stress.

Sehr unfreundlicher Arzt, die Behandlung lief äusserst schlecht, nimmt sich keine Zeit, falsche Diagnose und lauter Verkaufsgespräche. Dr. Dehos verkaufte mir laufend unnütze und teure Therapien. Alle ohne Erfolg. Keine Empfehlung! Dehos ich wünsche dir und deiner Familie viel Gesundheit, ein glückliches und langes Leben.
