Ich habe über ein halbes Jahr hinweg Deutschkurse besucht und mich vom Niveau B2 auf C1 verbessert. Erfolgreich habe ich die TestDaF-Prüfung bestanden. Der Unterricht fand mit muttersprachlichen Lehrkräften statt – stets qualitativ hochwertig und äußerst interessant. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Ich bin meinen Lehrern außerordentlich dankbar – sie haben mich wirklich motiviert, die Sprache zu lernen!

I did CPE preparation class. First had to wait fo quite a while to get feedback on my admission test. Otherwise the personnel was nice, the facilities are nice too, however... the course was awful to my mind. It hardly served the purpose, the teaching wasn’t good quality, the teacher didn’t show proper preparation and dedication, running around during lesson time to do the copies, or checking our writings during the lesson, sometimes not being able to properly explain how a part of exam is supposed to be carried out. Still remember how he explained one course of events for speaking, getting us completely confused when we tried it in class as according to the topics it didn’t make sense at all. I didn’t finish the course because I decided to stop wasting my time. UPD: in April 2024 i received an email that this organization issued a complaint and requested a removal of this review, because i „have never been in touch with them“. i sent a confirmation letter which is still in my mailbox to prove that it’s a lie. so instead of trying to improve they just tried to get rid of a negative review. so disgraceful…

TOTAL UNPROFESSIONELL - Kind für Kurs angemeldet und alles schriftlich bestätigt. Er kommt zum Unterricht und man sagt er sei nicht angemeldet und schickt das Kind wieder nach Hause. Auf Anruf der Eltern kommt kein Rückruf, aber am 2. Tag ein kurzes Email, dass der Kurs mangels Teilnehmer nicht stattfindet. Keine Information dazu vorab. Keine Entschuldigung. Kein Rückruf. Jetzt eine Alternative zu finden ist natürlich zu spät.

Ich war überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Ich habe dort die Prüfung abgelegt und bin mit einer extrem schlechten Note durchgefallen, obwohl ich mit denselben Kenntnissen in einer anderen Institution eine sehr gute Note bekommen habe. Ich kann nur sagen, dass völlig unklar ist, nach welchen Kriterien dort bewertet wird. Das ist besonders schlimm für einen ausländischen Studenten, der mit viel Mühe und Schulden nach Deutschland gekommen ist, um sein Studium fortzusetzen, und dann nicht versteht, warum er die Prüfung nicht bestanden hat, obwohl er mit dem Bestehen gerechnet hat – noch dazu, wenn die Aufenthaltserlaubnis bald abläuft. Ich kann es der Prüferin nicht verzeihen, dass sie mir im mündlichen Teil der Prüfung so eine schlechte Note gegeben hat.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Evolanguage School. I paid for a 12-week B1+B2 course (1,115 EUR), but the school has not provided me with the correct invoice or clear confirmation of my booking. Despite several emails over two weeks, I still haven’t received a proper explanation or resolution. The communication has been confusing and unprofessional. After paying the full amount for my 12-week course, I received invoices with completely wrong personal information and even for another city. When I asked for clarification, I was told the invoice couldn’t be changed. It’s very concerning when a language school handles payments and documentation this way.
