I was there a day before yesterday and today. I had booked Lika for 1 hour. The lady on the phone confirmed the booking both times. The first time I visited lika said she is already booked for 2 hours with someone else. The second time I went she was tired and didn’t wanted to do the massage for 1 hour. I don’t understand why are they asking the person to come if they cannot accommodate. This is utter inconvenience. Adding a screenshot of the call log.

The spa shared a video on how to get in, which was helpful, but because of some construction nearby it was a bit tricky to find. I had booked an hour with Michelle, but there seemed to be some mix-up with the schedule, so I had to wait a little while. They did offer me a refreshment though, which was a nice touch. Michelle was really gentle and seemed to know what she was doing, and the massage itself was enjoyable. The only downside was that the session felt a bit rushed, probably because of the earlier delay. Overall, not a bad experience, just could’ve been a bit smoother.

Ich bin kein Fan von dem verein erstmal die Zimmer nicht wirklich gemütlich,kalt, dann war ich paar mal da bei einer Susi und Eva und wie sie alle heißen, aber egal wie oft man hingeht das ist eine andere Kultur mit denen wird man nicht warm egal wie oft man hingeht, die quatschen nur russisch und wollen auch kein Deutsch lernen
