During checkout, I was asked to leave a tip. Coming from a country without a tipping culture, I was unsure of the proper procedure (it was not a refusal to tip, but rather a lack of familiarity with the custom). A senior server then mocked me, implying that I was pretending not to understand English. This encounter unfortunately ruined the otherwise wonderful experience of my trip to Germany.

Wir (4 Erwachene und 2 Kinder) waren heute zum Abendessen hier und die Guten Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal Incl. Inhaber und Inhaberin. Sehr freundlich, leckeres Essen, alles frisch und es wurde noch von der Chefin Persönlich am Tisch ein Fisch Filetiert. Wir kommen wieder👍👍👍

I was really hoping this restaurant was going to be good. It wasn't. I've eaten at a lot of Greek restaurants, but this was not a good food experience. We ordered the fried calamari and large shrimp. Calamari was overly salted, but if it weren't for that, it would have been good. My 4 large shrimp were very overcooked. I spent more time trying to get the shells off because they were essentially baked on. No flavor and parts were mushy, and other parts were chewy. My side dish was Spanish rice. It was the worst Spanish rice I've ever had. I took one bite and didn't touch it again. It was so overcooked that it almost turned to mush. The flavor had way too much tomato paste or sauce. Nothing else. Our waitress was cold and lacked customer service. I am very disappointed in this restaurant. All the reviews were pretty good, but our experience was not. I could not recommend it, and I will not return.
