★★★★★ Absolute Empfehlung! Ich hatte ein wirklich tolles Fotoshooting bei Kateryna im STUDIOline Fotostudio in der City-Galerie Augsburg. Die Fotos sind einfach perfekt geworden! 📸 Kateryna hat mich super beraten, ist sehr sympathisch und man merkt sofort, dass sie ihren Beruf mit Leidenschaft und Freude macht. Sie war während des gesamten Shootings gut gelaunt und hat für eine richtig angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Für mich definitiv eine der besten Fotografinnen! Sie ist professionell, freundlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden! 🙌 Vielen Dank, Kateryna! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. 🤩🤝

★☆☆☆☆ Deep disappointment for 1st baby's birthday – Extremely rushed with zero flexibility I booked this studio in the City-Galerie Augsburg for a once-in-a-lifetime photoshoot for my baby's 1st birthday, paying a total of €179.99. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and heartbreaking as a mother.The photoshoot was rushed through at an extremely fast pace. Even though I was paying for a dedicated 20-minute time slot, the photographer treated it like a strict high-speed assembly line. Within my allocated time, I wanted to take just a few seconds to change my baby into the festive birthday clothes I bought specifically for this milestone. However, the photographer actively forbade me from doing a quick outfit change, claiming it was not allowed for this booking format. This fast-tempo restriction completely denied us any variety in our paid session.During the photo selection process, this creates an incredibly difficult emotional situation. You are presented with almost identical pictures because the baby is wearing the same everyday clothes in all of them. Deleting a child's first birthday pictures is emotionally painful for any parent. The sales pressure applied here ("the more pictures you take, the cheaper it gets...") felt highly uncomfortable and purely profit-driven.For nearly €180, I am left with 10 virtually identical images. Because of the unprovoked lack of variety and rushed timing, I contacted customer service and requested to repeat the photos. They stubbornly refused my request. The studio’s slogan regarding customer satisfaction was completely ignored. Based on this lack of customer care and extreme inflexibility, I absolutely cannot recommend this studio to families.
