The staff at reception/customer care were always very rude and racist. I was in Germany for like 50 days, during which I rented car from them for like 3/4 times, and every single time the reception guy knew that I can't speak Germany but still not trying to talk in English and not being cooperative only because I couldnt speak german language, otherwise the cars were nice and I was happy with the cars that I rented. Thanks

Brauchte ein Fahrgerüst , nach einer Beratung wurde ein Termin ausgemacht. Bei Abholung wurde mir noch ein Anhänger zur Verfügung gestellt, da meiner zu klein war . Danke
