The apartment itself was fine, but the management experience was disappointing. We had no heating for about a week during the winter, and the oven was never repaired despite several requests over a six-month stay. Also I didnt rceeice the keys when i arrived but 2 days later. If it wasn't for my roomate who opened to me when I arrived I would have had no place to stay for 2 days (although I had paid the deposit and the rent). Communication was often slow, and I was disappointed by the lack of commercial flexibility despite these issues.

Was für ein toller Aufenthalt! Die STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen hat mich rundum begeistert – man merkt sofort, dass hier an jedes noch so kleine Detail gedacht wurde. Der Check-out war blitzschnell (Karte einwerfen) und als wir kurzfristig eine Aufstockung für zwei Personen brauchten, war das kein Problem: für einen kleinen Aufpreis war fünf Minuten später die zweite Decke im Zimmer. Solche kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten machen den Unterschied. Die Lobby ist super angenehm klimatisiert, mit Getränken und einer riesigen Auswahl an Freizeitmöglichkeiten – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Im Zimmer und Bad findet man alles, was man braucht: kostenloses Shampoo und Seife, Fön und sogar eine Steckdosenleiste neben dem Bad mit Ablagefläche – klein, aber unglaublich hilfreich. Praktische Details wie eine Aussparung für den Koffer zeigen die durchdachte Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: nur rund 3 Minuten zur S-Bahn/Tram Mühlberg, die schnelle Verbindungen ins Zentrum, zum Hauptbahnhof, Flughafen sowie nach Wiesbaden und Mainz bietet. Trotzdem liegt das Hotel in Sachsenhausen, das sich eher wie eine ruhige Wohngegend anfühlt – ideale Kombination aus zentraler Anbindung und entspannter Atmosphäre. Kleines Minus: bei mir wurde der Check-in-Code anfangs nicht zugesendet, wahrscheinlich wegen der Buchung über einen Drittanbieter. Die anwesende Mitarbeiterin hat das Problem aber in fünf Minuten gelöst – prima Service! Wifi war etwas versteckt über den Fernseher zu finden, hier wäre eine kurze Info im Zimmer hilfreich. Und an sehr heißen Sommertagen könnten klimatisierte Zimmer ein Plus sein, aber das sind nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Insgesamt: sehr empfehlenswert – liebevoll ausgestattetes Hotel mit super Lage und aufmerksamem Personal. Ich komme gern wieder!

I booked this property on 21 December for 31 December and requested a cancellation within two hours of booking. The payment was taken immediately, yet no refund was issued after the cancellation. When I contacted the property to explain a legitimate work-related issue, I was met with a complete indifference. There was zero, zero flexibility, and zero respect shown throughout the interaction. What makes this situation even worse is that the property has kept our money and will now resell the room to another guest, effectively making a double profit from the same reservation, while we will not be staying there at all. This behavior and deeply disappointing. This property appears more interested in taking money than treating guests fairly. I strongly warn future guests to think twice before booking, as any issue is likely to be handled with hostility rather than basic customer care.

Thank you to Max Miller and Couva BoardingHouse - every single day and month by month You help me survive in Frankfurt (we all know what it is like to move to a new city for a new job, into the abyss of the unknown and with many unchartered waters). Thanks to Max (& His colleagues) as well my journey has been much much easier. Max is literally always ahead of the game, doing above and beyond for the guests, meeting their various expectations and needs. Thank you, Max, for being so lovely and helpful - I literally don’t know what it would/ could have been like without your help. Not to mention, Couva is fantastically located, in the heart of Nordend area/ Bornheim - Merianplatz. Location wise - you cannot find better. You pay for the location location location as well :D

!! Please stop removing negative comments !! Date of Stay: June-2022 Positive: Location Negative: Beds were not in good condition and not hygienic, no soundproof walls, frequently dropping internet, no gym, no transparency on available rooms/dates/prices, nothing. Additional costs like weekly cleaning, final cleaning fee etc are extra. I had paid around 50€ per night for roughly 25sqm2 for 1 month and 180€ final cleaning fee upfront. I had requested cancellation on the very first night due to overall noise but they refused. Conclusion: I would treat myself and not chose here again
