My partner & I showed up for our long scheduled reservation and over the 45 minutes while we sat there we only got two (late) glasses of wine, no menu and no complimentary appetizer to make up for the delay. Meanwhile, customers that were seated after us did receive some sort of appetizer, at least. I wouldn't like to think it was discrimination, but it was frustrating. When we decided to finally leave, we were faced with the waiter blaming the kitchen - while there might've been some responsibility from that part, as we know that Anabela covers both the kitchen and is also supposed to visit the tables to explain the menu, there is equal responsibility on the waiter to cater for the tables and make sure customers don't reach the point where they have to leave for being ignored for 45 mins. I don't expect it from any regular restaurant, so we definitely did not expect it from one that's inexplicably rated 4.8/5. Ultimately, I cannot rate the food when I didn't even find out what the menu was.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Wir sind an einem Freitag eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss mit den Worten begrüßt worden "Küche macht in fünf Minuten zu" - unsere Getränke wurden uns dann wortlos auf den Tisch geknallt und hinter uns die Bänke und Tische zusammengeklappt. Sehr ungemütlich!
