Eine Tour mit Historix-Tours ist empfehlenswert! Und nicht nur eine Tour. Ich war bei Freiburger Hexe und Freiburg Führung mit „Wanderfrau“ vor paar Jahren dabei. Bis heute habe ich diese schöne Toure in meinem Kopf. Es war sehr professionell gespielt!!! Die Tränen standen mir in Augen, wo die Hexe ihre Geschichte uns erzählte. Und sehr viel Spaß gehabt, wo die lustige „Wanderfrau“ uns über den Henker berichtete. Ich wünsche den Historix-Tours viele weitere Erfolge und ich gehe mit euch auf die neue spannende Führungen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Wir wurden bisher noch nie so herablassend behandelt bei einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen. Der Reiseverkehrskaufmann ging 0,0 auf unsere Wünsche ein. Er suchte uns ein Hotel heraus und als wir wissen wollten, wo sich dieses befinde,sagte er wortwörtlich: Das könne uns ja egal sein und weshalb wir das überhaupt wissen wollen. Er machte durchgehen dämliche Bemerkungen worauf alle Angestellten schmunzelten bzw auch einfach lachten. Dieser Mann mittleren Alters hat im Dienstleistungsbereich definitiv nicht zu suchen und gehört in ein seperates Hinterzimmer gesperrt. Das Allerletzte!!!!! Das war das letzte mal das wir im Frfly Zahringen waren. Geschäftsschädigend!!!

I stayed in the ground floor apartment, which was significantly smaller than described and did not match the photos or the impression given online. It lacked basic comfort and felt more like a repurposed storage area than a guest room. There was no staff on site during my stay, and I was unable to get support or to request another room. I followed up by email afterwards, but never received a proper response. I understand that the property previously disputed this review, claiming I had not stayed there. I provided proof of my booking, and I stand by this honest account of my experience. In my view, this property does not meet basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here.

We huurden een appartement in Freiburg voor onze zoon voor 6 maanden. Het appartement zelf was fantastisch, compleet ingericht en gerenoveerd met dank aan de eigenaar! Anna Laura heeft het hele proces super goed begeleid en we zijn zeer tevreden ook over de prijs kwaliteitsverhouding.

We came across them through an advertised apartment on ImmoScout24. After we attended the viewing appointment (where everyone was super nice) we contacted them. They barely replied, just once in 5-7 days, unreachable on the phone. They said they will contact us, when they have the decision. Therafter we saw the same apartment advertised on a different platform, so we contacted them again, questioning why they never replied to us. I am not giving this one star, because we did not get the apartment, I am giving this one star, because of their handling of the whole situation. I am happy, that we have our new home through an other real estate agent.
