During checkout, I was asked to leave a tip. Coming from a country without a tipping culture, I was unsure of the proper procedure (it was not a refusal to tip, but rather a lack of familiarity with the custom). A senior server then mocked me, implying that I was pretending not to understand English. This encounter unfortunately ruined the otherwise wonderful experience of my trip to Germany.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Füssen. Die privaten Parkplätze sind im Hof und leicht zu erreichen. Das Superior Zimmer ist groß und hat eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, reichlich, vielfältig und die Speisen sind sehr frisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Extremely rude staff. We stayed there and the room was ok, but not only we were treated very poorly by staff but also witnessed other guests being treated very aggressively for no apparent reason. It did not make for a great experience.
