When I first saw the 5.0 average out of 800+ reviews, I was a bit skeptic. Turns out, there was no reason to be. We had an ancient lock that hadn't been changed in decades (#wglife), and it was causing real problems. We contacted Schlüsseldienst Sandmann on Wednesday via email, called on Friday at 11 (they already knew who we were), they came at 1.45 and were done by 2. Punctual, quick, helpful and efficient. Everything that every company claims to be, but this was maybe the only one who fulfilled all these expectations.

Was ich nicht so klasse fand, war als wir ich und mein Mann im Geschäft auf das nach machen eines Zweitschlüssel gewartet haben, das es stark nach Zigaretten Rauch roch. Der Service war in Ordnung.
