Ganz hervorragender Sondereigentumsverwalter!

It has been an absolute privilege working closely with Darrell Smith and the entire Buy Berlin team over the past eleven years. In my experience, I have found them to be honest, dependable, and the utmost professionals in the market. As an international investor, it was crucial for me to partner with someone I could trust, who would patiently guide me in understanding the differences between German and American laws. Darrell graciously took on that role and went above and beyond to support me. I also greatly appreciated the competence, patience, and professionalism of his entire team while working together on many unfamiliar issues. Their expertise was invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend Buy Berlin Investments and Darrell Smith. He is a first-class, honest, and reliable partner. I hope our paths cross again someday. It has been a sincere pleasure working with such an outstanding organization.

Disrespectful of customers time and efforts, Buy Berlin is doing a disservice to both seller and buyer. We were in advanced negotiations with them about an apartment for us to live in, and they started disappearing for days (not answering the phone or emails and coming up with some wierd excuse later). The crazy part is that we agreed on a price and were suppose to get the reservation form, and they just disappeard never to be heard from again. I can totally understand a scenario where a better offer was received, but by communicating instead of acting like a five years old they might have been able to get a higher offer from us. I will make sure to not waste my time on any of their ads in the future, and I advise both buyers and sellers to do the same.

So geht Haus"Verwaltung" 2026. Vielen Dank an Herrn Dick und sein Team !
