I bought a 2020 Audi from this dealership. Within 2 weeks of acquiring it, it started displaying engine and electronic system warning lights. We took the car to an authorized Audi repair shop, where they informed us that the car had some defects to the antifreeze pump. After repairing the issue, the warranty provided by the Tiemeyer informed us that the problem wasn't covered. After a few weeks of emails, Tiemeyer informed us that they would cover the cost of the repairs - but since then, despite us sending multiple emails, we no longer receive responses. We have been waiting for 28 days at the time of posting this for any instructions regarding recovering the cost of the repairs - with no answer. The local repair shop also is not able to obtain a response from them. In the mean time, the car displayed the same warnings twice so far. I specifically went to a large dealership in hopes of finding professionalism and trustworthiness - it seems so far I was mistaken in my choice. I would advise everyone to be very careful if doing business with this dealership. Update: As of 29.04.2024 my issues still have not been resolved. Instead, Tiemeyer contacted Google claiming that I am not a client and my review should be removed. This is 2 weeks after I forwarded my email conversation between myself and their salesman to their feedback department, as they requested. I have provided Google a copy of my contract with Tiemeyer, so the review is not removed. My opinion of Tiemeyer is now even lower - sadly I can't reduce my rating any more. Update 2, 27.03.2026: The problems were eventually resolved under warranty. However, in the mean time Tiemeyer tried to remove this review twice. Once by claiming that I was not a client of theirs - so I provided Google with the contract between myself and Tiemeyer. They attempted again at the beginning of 2026, by registering a complaint that this review is defamation. I provided some of my emails to Google, and the review has been reinstated, again.
