Ich habe Sabrina Lindenau auf der Beauty Fachmesse in Düsseldorf kennengelernt, wo sie Fachvorführungen in der Augenbrauenpigmentiertechnik in mega feiner Härchenzeichnung gegeben hat. Die Arbeitsweise und das Fachwissen hat mir sehr gefallen, sodass ich ein Master-Training als Fortbildung bei ihr gebucht habe. Sabrina hat ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Studio mit einer eigenen Kosmetiklinie. Mein Ausbildungstag war sehr sehr anspruchsvoll und lehrreich. Sabrina ist eine hervorragende Trainerin mit einem enormen Fachwissen. Für mich war es einer der besten Trainings, die ich je gebucht habe. I had a mixed experience with this salon. On the positive side, I previously had a laser treatment here and was satisfied with the service. The salon also offers a very wide range of treatments, although personally I tend to prefer places that focus on fewer specialties. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. I had booked a facial treatment listed as lasting 30 minutes. Due to a delay on public transport, I arrived approximately 8 minutes late and called the salon while I was already right outside the building. During the call, I was told that my appointment had already been canceled because another client was scheduled afterward. After I explained that I was literally arriving at that moment, I was told to come in and that they would see what could be done. When I arrived, I was told that the 30-minute treatment would need to be reduced to 20 minutes to fit the schedule. This made me uncomfortable, as I had booked a service advertised as taking 30 minutes and did not understand how the same treatment could suddenly be completed properly in 20 minutes. For that reason, I decided not to proceed. I fully understand that schedules matter and that clients should arrive on time. However, I found it surprising that an approximately 8-minute delay was treated as a reason to cancel the appointment entirely. In any appointment-based business, some flexibility is usually needed because clients arrive, leave, ask questions, complete payment, and appointments don’t always run with perfect precision. As a customer, I would have had no issue waiting a few minutes myself if a previous appointment had run over. What disappointed me most was not the scheduling issue itself, but the way it was handled. A more professional and customer-oriented approach would have left a much better impression.
