They sent me a cost plan with double price for fillings. I asked for a clarification about the double price in the cost plan and they never answered my email. They said before that, that their cost is the same than in the whole Munich area. It is not. You can find better dentists in Munich for half the price. I did all private, so a lot of money for them. The dentist who does the root canals is really good. But they charge way more of what they should. I will never come back. They said things like "if you don't like how we treat you, maybe you need to find another dentist" If you go there, double check your cost plan. I don't speak German so I trusted them. When I double checked and we found what it was happening with the price, I was wondering why they listed the same item twice. No answer from them. I have proof of everything.

Großartige Ärztin und tolles Team. Ich kam wegen Zahnschmerzen im Notfall vorbei und wurde sofort mit Röntgenaufnahme und Zahnbehandlung versorgt sowie über das weitere Vorgehen informiert. Vielen Dank für euren Einsatz.

Es war leider echt einfach nur schrecklich. Sie haben mich ständig gedrängt eine kostenpflichtige Behandlung zu machen obwohl ich mehrmals nein gesagt habe. Und dann wurde ich übel am Zahnfleisch verletzt 😞 normalerweise gehe ich immer gern zum Zahnarzt aber hier nicht!
