Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Mir ist inzwischen zweimal passiert, dass das Wasser in der Dusche plötzlich extrem heiß wurde – dieses Mal sogar so stark, dass meine Haut danach rot/verbrannt war. Was mich zusätzlich gestört hat, war der Umgang damit. Die erste Reaktion war direkt „Da können wir nichts machen“, noch bevor überhaupt gesagt wurde, dass man es weitergeben oder prüfen würde. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass das Sicherheitsprob…
I really like this gym, the atmosphere is very chill, the space is clean and organized, and it’s never too packed. There are some machines I wish they had (hip thrust), but in general this is a good gym and the friendly vibe makes it one of my favorites.
I like this gym. It’s very no frills but works great. The only thing is that it opens at 9am. I think they used to be open earlier but they changed their hours? It’s pretty inconvenient considering I prefer working out before work, so I don’t go there as much anymore. Please open a bit earlier 🙏
It‘s a very nice gym. Really good atmosphere, super nice staff and owner and people actually put their plates back. It’s not a commercial gym or a large chain, it has a bit of an oldschool vibe with slightly older equipment (but then also 2 really nice new treadmills).
Kurz: man merkt sofort, dass hier an allen Ecken gespart wird Details: Geräte sind SUPERalt Nur 3 Laufbänder Alles ist staubig und unsauber Paar Schließfäcker in der Damenumkleid sind immer defekt
Gutes Studio hat alles was man braucht auch mit Extras. Nur meiner Meinung nach bisschen teuer

Ein echtes old school Gym mit tollem alten Maschinen. Frank ist ein großartiger Trainer und Mentor.
Old School but truthful - spent 2hrs here training yesterday, everything works, the gym is tidy & organized meantime you get real authenticy vibes because of the gyms decades long history in a building with an even longer history. A real Berliner Gym! Kudos to team & owner!
Super Studio mit super Trainingsräumen. Das Personal ist auch der Hammer. Sauna und Ruheraum benutze ich super gerne um Abends nach der Arbeit zu entspannen.

Bedienung ist nett, Studio ist zentral. Jedoch alte Maschinen, kein Freihantelbereich, eher Gesundheits-seniorenfitness. Für Menschen mit dem Ziel ordentlich Muskeln raufzupacken nicht zu empfehlen. Die Geräte sind teilweise nur bis 50kg und extra Scheiben kann man dank Schutzblech nicht rauftun. Fitness Center ist Programm.
