I was here on a Sunday, so the cafe was closed and the place wasn't clean. No one was working here, but luckily everything worked. The instructions for the machines were clear. It's a convenient location and is safe. It's a functional place, no big deal.

Due to the mixed reviews online, I said my prayers before paying to use the washing machine. Thankfully the washing machine and dryer did not break down and I got my clothes washed. Instructions may seem intimidating at first but you’ll get the hang of it.

There's no laundry in my hotel, so I used here. I met the staff who speak Japanese, and he was so kind of me. I tried to see him again on the last day of my stay, but I couldn't see him. I'll come again someday, Danke!!!

The café is unexpectedly excellent, and the laundromat is accessible and easy to use. My only small problem was that there is no bathroom. If you are traveling and have no where else to go and cannot just leave all of your things there to look for a bathroom, it can be a bit difficult. I know that it is an extra amenity, but even a paid bathroom would be helpful!

Etwas teuer aber seit meine Waschmaschine zuhause nicht mehr funktioniert und ich Reparaturaufgaben gerne nach hinten verlege, ist der Laden meine Rettung! Personal ist auch mega entspannt.

Excellent experience. Machines were efficient and plentiful. And the café located inside was nice. The man working yesterday was very kind and helpful. Great location and easy to find. Highly recommend!!

1. You can not get the remaing money back from the pay machine. 2. The highest temp in dryer is 60 C so you have to run it twice. 3. The wasching machines don't clean clothes well. 4. You cant pay by card

Hello Sachin, there's a sign saying the machine doesn't give change and that you have to pay with the correct amount. The repairs have been arranged, but sometimes things break. There's also a café and an employee you could have asked. Go to the café, show them your comment, and you'll get back your overpaid money.

Doing our laundry here midway through our trip was so easy and conveniently close to our hotel. Much cheaper than the hotel charges and a lifesaver. Just make sure you bring small coins to use the machines
