I gave birth twice on this hospital and had also all my pregnancy appointments here. I was always very well taken care of, everyone spoke english to me when needed and always were patient and pleasant with me. I wpuld 100% recommend for the pregnancy follow ups as they were always efficient, reassuring and open. I felt listened to and treat like an individual even though they see many women going through the same experience. Regarding the kreissaal, all were very professional, and guided me through the experience. I have a wonderful memory of the birth thanks to the staff who gave me space to do what I felt comfortable with while providing advice. I cant thank the teams enough for their guidance.

Unfortunately I have to write this . My wife is pregnant and she had high fever in the night so book a taxi and reached the hospital at 6:30am . The Notruf Anmeldung was closed and the cleaning lady said the responsible people comes at 8am. So I ask doctor passing by to where to take my wife and check her and baby. He was kind and told me to go on 3rd floor there is Noruf Ambulance Frauenarzt. I went there and saw in room there were 4 doctors sitting. All 4 started talking together and said to take my wife to local Hausarzt because we don't know what is your wife has . We can only do ultrasound for baby. 2 doctors were ok in discussion but 2 were very not suitable to sit on that place and deal like this . Rather than checking my wife and kid ,they all 4 made sure that I go back home without any treatment. Such a pathetic handling by them !
