Administrator was rude, saying that he is only one at the shift and does not have time to discuss information via phone. I have a membership with Holmes Place almost for a year and paying for what seems to be in the advertising better-than average gym and receiving such service is simply inadequate.

It’s been two years I moved to Berlin and I’ve tested ~10 different gym studios including several units of Holmes Place, but also John Reed and other smaller studios. This unit of HP was the best I could find. The facilities are spacious, clean and members are respectful with each other. I feel very welcome at the gym and it makes a difference to keep me motivated for a healthy routine. Sometimes it gets busy during the evening and mornings are much calmer. Thanks for this unit’s staff, from cleaning, reception, personal trainers, management, you are doing a great work. Recommend!

PLEASE, improve the cleanliness of the women’s locker room. It’s only 8 a.m., and the floors are already soaked, there’s hair all over the shower area, and the toilets are unbearable to enter due to the strong awful piss smell, it honestly feels like a public restroom. Also, during the welcome appointment, I was told I would receive a free workout plan and I was really looking forward to it! However, after asking twice, the trainer didn’t really want to provide one, and instead focused solely on trying to sell his personal training services. That was really disappointing. For the price of the monthly membership, this gym doesn’t feel “premium” at all. The reception staff are lovely, and the gym and sauna facilities are good, but unfortunately, that’s not enough. I never left a negative review, but this experience warranted one. I’ll likely cancel after the two-month summer deal ends :/ Also, my boyfriend has been asking for a member card for about 2 weeks, and they apparently “never” have cards 😂

Wir kauften zu Beginn des Jahres bei Vitawell einen Whirlpool. Die Beratung durch Hr. Lamprecht war Top. Man fühlte sich sofort gut aufgehoben und kompetent beraten. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich. Hatte man nach dem Kauf noch Fragen, war Hr.Lamprecht sofort zur Stelle. Insgesamt war es für uns die beste Entscheidung bei der Firma Vitawell diesen Whirlpool zu kaufen.

Vitawell- ein einziges Desaster! Eine Firma, die ständig umzieht, mit mehreren Adressen operiert und unauffindbar scheint und zudem telefonisch nicht zu erreichen ist: Schlimmer geht es nicht, wenn der Whirlpool reparaturbedürftig geworden ist und die Ersatzteile im Fachhandel nicht erhältliche Eigenproduktionen sind, für die Phantasiepreise verlangt werden. Da kann man beim Kauf gleich die Kosten für den nächsten Whirlpool einplanen!

I do not recommend this gym at all. I froze my contract for two months due to medical reasons, which is my full right, and I received confirmation that my contract was frozen. When I decided not to renew my membership because of the dirty toilets, rude receptionists, and the service not being worth €120 per month, the gym still sent my case to Inkasso, claiming I hadn’t paid for those two months. I sent the Inkasso company screenshots of the email exchange between me and the gym, proving that my contract was frozen. After checking, Inkasso apologized to me and confirmed that I didn’t have to pay anything. This whole experience was very stressful and unprofessional. Be careful and always make sure you get everything in writing when dealing with this gym. I don’t recommend this gym at all!
