I was member for 2 years, but decided not to renew my membership for 3 main reasons: -Overall you could say that gym is clean, but the machines are so dirty, I have never in these 2 years saw a clean machine. -Lack of air conditioning, in winter is really hard because you are not allowed to open the window, so THE SMELL IS REALLY TERRIBLE, but in summer is unbearable, they have ceiling fans, and portable ones, but that doesn't make any difference. A gym without proper ventilation and air conditioning in 2026 is really something. And just imagine in flu season with so many people you can only kippen the window. - Parking situation is terrible, and workers on parking are rude For 70 E monthly you would expect more. I think it is very important to underline that gym is more focused on wellness and group classes, so don't expect new equipment, space for warm up, or space for weights. Things I liked: There is variety of classes and gym members are mostly 50+ years old. There are free drinks, towels, and cute little caffe. They have an app that can be used for training and tracking your progress. Edit: They've also added face recognition on check in, so you lose more time. I didn't want to use it. But was told "You don't have to come, but you have to pay." Before signing the contract they are super, but the minute you sign, they are arrogant, especially staff in Büro, and in Check In. Coaches are ok and friendly.

Expensive and once you are in contract with them, there is no exit clause even if you have health issues. I paid 70eur per month without going there just because I was bound by the contract. I tried to cancel it, gave them prior notice but the manager of Body up, Giesing didn't terminate my contract. I seriously feel cheated and regret my decision of joining this gym.

Sehr netter Service. Naegel sehr gut gemacht. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Preis war wie besprochen.extra Sachen. Z b. Steinchen oder Design kosten extra. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder 😉

Blick von der oberen Terrasse bis zu den Bergen. Nach ausdauerndem Training gut zum Entspannen. Trainer sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Geräte- Ausstattung sehr gut. Achtung: ist nur für Frauen. Verkehrsmässig mit Bussen, Ostbahnhof, leicht zu erreichen. Mit Auto wegen Parkplatzproblemen sicher nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
