I reserved a 4 hour block at Frankfurt, and the checking process was slow, but beyond that in working out the time of departure I would need to make it to my gate on time, the front desk person made it seem like it would take me up to an hour just to get from gate z25 area to b20 with security controls. In reality after I cancelled my reservation due to the alleged poor location, it took me 20 minutes. So I ultimately did not get my 3 hour nap between my 2 10 hour flights due to poor service and poor training of the front desk person.
