The best choice for transfer passengers arriving late in Frankfurt airport having to catch an early connection flight. Very convenient, very clean. The front desk super friendly, informative and professional. Keep up the good job! Highly recommended!!
Excellent hotel to take rest between long flights withbyour own bathroom, TV and access to kitchenette and conveniently located at airport. Very easy to check in and out and clean quiet and confrontable. Just keep in mind you are paying for convenience which sometimes just make sense.
I reserved a 4 hour block at Frankfurt, and the checking process was slow, but beyond that in working out the time of departure I would need to make it to my gate on time, the front desk person made it seem like it would take me up to an hour just to get from gate z25 area to b20 with security controls. I was between 2 long-haul flights, at 10 hours each - and this hotel was a saving grace! I need to rest, as I was unwell & got excellent rest and peace that would not have been possible in an airport. Although, it totally makes sense this hotel is tucked away - but it felt like I was walking for miles to find it - it was likely me, being very tired. I would highly recommend it!
I was honestly impressed. It is an airport hotel so don't expect anything too lavish or large, but with that understanding I'd say it exceeded expectations. Especially the staff service. They were very helpful and kind, particularly the woman that checked us in, I wish I'd caught her name. One other thing to mention is that it's shockingly well sound insulated, we didn't hear a thing.
Too far from all gates. Expensive: $124 for a minimum of three hours! Nevertheless, it is good to have a place to relax, rest, and have a hot shower.
My Cloud is immaculate and modern. I would recommend booking a room with a shower. There’s something so refreshing about being able to shower in-between long flights. I felt refreshed and relieved And on cloud 9 after. Highly recommend. Also, the receptionist working yesterday 8am shift was absolutely lovely. I didn’t get her name, but thank you :)
This place was perfect for a 6-hour layover I had at Frankfurt Airport in April 2026. I just booked the room for 3 hours and it was perfect for a nap and shower. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, and there was even a hair dryer. The room was compact but well designed and didn't feel claustrophobic. Huge thank you to the team at the MyCloud hotel! Had a stressful situation with a senior guest who lost phone connection early in the morning an hour before her flight departure and could not orient herself in the airport. The checkin staff is very low efficient, stupid questions asked, and lots of people lining up for checkin, buying some food in the late evening seems impossible as we have to wait for others checking in first and it takes at least a hour. I suggest you have an automated machine to pay for the food you supply.
Very good hotel situated in Z area. The lady at the counter was kind and helpful. There’s 2 types of room: with windows or without. The room is sparkling clean, the bed is super comfortable and the shower is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have a long layover in Frankfurt airport.
