I am currently a resident. Unfortunately, the issues are multiple. First and foremost, the NeonWood owes me money. I had literally to start a case against them and still in the process. If there is a problem, you will have to involve police, court of law and a couple of ministries to push that company. The second issue is how outdated everything is. They have an unpleasant habit of running the outdated facility without fixing the existing issues. If you send them an email, it takes days to be answered. Any problem is almost unsolvable.

Freut mich, dass ihr alle so zufrieden sind. Seitdem diese extrem teurer Studenten- Unterkunft in der Otto Franke Straße beheimatet ist, vermüllt die Straße ohne Ende. Auch Naziparolen prangen an den Wänden, aber das scheint niemand zu stören, obwohl darauf schriftlich hingewiesen wurde.
