I've lived here from 2019 to 2023, and had generally declining experience with it. The current price for this kind of living quality is unacceptable. I even had an accident where small stones fell off the ceiling and destroyed my tablet. Though it was settled, this kind of accident should never happen. Note: the company behind this is now trying to remove reviews using the "defamation" claim.
I recently stayed at Neon Wood Frankfurter Tor and had a great experience. The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home, whether you’re staying for a short visit or a longer period. I had a water leak in the bathroom, and Miguel reacted very quickly! The issue was resolved in no time, and I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled!
They could improve the reservation and contract signing process. However, the warmth and friendliness of the staff more than make up for it.

So the service was very bad when i got here 2 years ago. But now since the new guys came after the people that worked here were fired i assume. It has been much better and the new staff are very helpful and nice:)
I was there visiting a friend. The building has the usual wear and tear you'd expect from a student residence, but the workers / staff are top-notch. Their professionalism and attentive service definitely deserve a mention.
