First of all location is very convenient with transportation and can find lot of supermarkets, shops, cafes and whatever you might need in a walking distance. Honestly, my experience at Neon Wood was not super good. The staff were rude sometimes, like you were a pain in the ass, and genuinely acted like they couldn’t care less about anything. If you have an issue or feel uncomfortable, don’t expect anyone to say more than a scripted frase: "we are sorry to hear that but...". I’ve been here for a year, my patner and I had a good studio apartment and we had a family emergency that needed extended stay and the staff was very helpful and especially the guys at the reception, very friendly, helpful and understanding, it may be a little pricey but it’s worth it, thanks
