I have had a very good experience living at Neon Wood. The location is convenient, the building is modern, and the facilities are well maintained. The staff have also been helpful and friendly whenever I needed support. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient place for students to live. I would be happy to recommend it.

I lived at Neon Wood for 4 semesters. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. It’s close to central Berlin, and being near both the U-Bahn and tram made life much easier. My apartment was one of the 17 square meter units on the seventh floor, listed as a “penthouse.” The wall insulation was indeed quite poor, and you could easily hear conversations from the neighboring apartments. My son stays there. It is in a good location. The building is clean. Working personal is helpful and polite. There is s friendly, multinational envirement, but there is too much delay in the necessary repairs in the room. For example the dish machine has not been repaired for more than 1 month. Also the chair One last thing: Wasching and drying machines are too small.

Mi hijo se alojó durante su primer año de vivir en Berlín. Alquilamos la habitación de 17mts en un piso 6 con vista espectacular a la torre de TV, vivir en Neon Wood Mitte Wedding le permitió conocer Berlín y adaptarse a su vida universitaria como estudiante internacional, dándonos la tranquilidad a toda su familia que estaba en un sitio seguro con todas sus necesidades cubiertas.. My stay here has been one of the best experiences. The place felt very safe and comfortable, which made my time in Berlin even better. I truly appreciated the environment and the effort your team puts into maintaining it.If I am still in Berlin in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again. It is honestly worth every euro.
Friendly staff and fast repair service. However it's a bit expensive in my opinion.
