The whole accommodation booking process went great, and Juliane was a huge help with everything.
Absolut schneller und effizienter Vorgang. Bei Fragen wurde immer sehr gut und zügig geholfen. Bisher sehr gutes Feedback zu vergeben. Danke an das Neon Wood Team
Neon Wood breaks many of German tenant laws, they keep your deposit and charge you for unnecessary repairs. Will be taking this matter further legally. No response was given via email. I have photographic and video evidence.
I had a great experience with Neon Wood. The communication was smooth, friendly, and professional, and the whole process was clear and easy. They were very helpful and responsive to all my questions. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Neon Wood!
I have had a very good experience living at Neon Wood. The location is convenient, the building is modern, and the facilities are well maintained. The staff have also been helpful and friendly whenever I needed support. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient place for students to live. I would be happy to recommend it.

One positive change during my stay was that the cold co…

There is s friendly, multinational envirement, but there is too much delay in the necessary repairs in the room. For example the dish machine has not been repaired for more than 1 month. Also the chair One last thing: Wasching and drying machines are too small.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Neonwood Student Accommodation, and a huge part of that is thanks to Juliane Piecha and Vasilis. From day one until the very end of my stay, they have both been incredibly supportive, responsive, and genuinely kind. Whether it was helping with administrative details, solving small day-to-day issues, or simply being there with a friendly and reassuring attitude, they always went above and beyond. What …
