I am so pleased i chose the Stayery! I would love to return. It was the perfect place for my partner and I for a weekend in Frankfurt. Walkable to the river, very close to train station. The room felt chic, yet homely. The hosts went above and beyond to be acomidating and that really makes a difference. Thank you!
the Stayery is in a perfect location: very calm and quiet part of the city and super close to the S-Bahn. the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. not luxurious, but great value for the money. and the staff is very helpful. a perfect spot to stay in Frankfurt.
Bardzo czysto i nowocześnie, świetny klimat od samego wejścia. Miejsce urządzone w swoim, dobrym stylu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobrze skomunikowana, blisko komunikacja miejska, wszędzie łatwo się dostać. Do dyspozycji mała siłownia, bieżnia, rowerek, pralnia z suszarkami, żelazka oraz sala do pracy wspólnej. Pokój czysty i funkcjonalny, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Zdecydowanie lepsza oferta niż hotele w tej cenie.

Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience. I booked today (21 December) for 31 December and cancelled within 2 hours, yet my payment was still taken and never refunded. I called immediately to explain a work-related issue and made every effort to communicate calmly, but was treated rudely and dismissively, as if the customer does not matter at all. I enjoyed my stay at Stayery in Frankfurt. Really great location out of the city centre but only 10 minutes by S-Bahn with Mühlberg station a 2 minutes walk away. Check in and check out was super easy. Room was good size and bed was comfortable. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the pillows. Way too soft. Minor complaint overall though and would stay again.
